You buy the gift
Tell us who it’s for and add a message. Payment is handled by Stripe.
They get a certificate
We email them the certificate and a six-digit code. You can print it too, if you’d rather hand it over.
They enter the code
They download MyEverheart, sign up with the email you gave us, and redeem the code. That’s it.
Questions
No. This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription attached to their account, no card is ever collected from them, and nothing renews.
The gift is linked to the address you enter, so it’s worth checking carefully. If you do make a mistake, contact us and we’ll reissue the code to the right address.
Yes. After you pay, you’ll see the certificate with their code and can print it or save it as a PDF. We still email it to them as well, so it can’t be lost.
No. The five years begin when they redeem the code, not when you buy it. A gift bought today can be opened next Christmas.
Everything they recorded stays preserved, and we don’t delete it. What ends after five years is the ability to add new recordings, and day-to-day access to the app. Starting a subscription makes everything accessible again, exactly as they left it; nothing happens automatically and they are never charged without choosing to be.
Everything is encrypted, and nothing is shared with anyone they have not chosen. Their messages are theirs, and stay that way.
